Sing songs to yourself, it sounds wierd but it works, when I have trouble falling asleep I sing in my head. I'm a really bad singer and only know parts of songs, but sing the chorus over and over and I fall asleep, or just sing the parts of songs I know.

MFP wanted to put me on 1200 cal/day, but it wasn't working for me. So I eat 1550 cal/day, and don't eat back my exercise calories, unless I burn 900 calories a day, then I eat back some. If she buys you something to eat, just tell her she's wasting her money because you're not going to eat it. If she gets mad, that's her problem not yours, because you told her you won't eat it. I agree with the others, if she can't accept that you're not eating, then quit going with her.

At BWW I get the naked tenders with sauce on the side, and I think it's delicious. I can get as many sauces as I want at no extra charge. I use way less sauce than what they would have put on, and also it's grilled instead of deep fried.

MFP put me on 1200 cals a day and that didn't work for me, I think it was psychological. Because if I stayed at 1200 and ate back my exercise calories I would be fine. I decided not to do that, and set my calories to 1500 and don't eat back exercise calories. Might be wierd but it works for me

I'm also trying to lose, but there are random days that I just can't seem to get full. It's very hard on those days not to go over my calorie limit. Those are the days I have to be strong and ignore the hunger pains or have a pickle, that does the trick a lot of times
