Calorie Count through MFP
When I started out MFP told me to eat 1200 calories a day, but that wasn't enough. I calculated my TDEE and BMI and came up with eating 1500 calories a day and not eating back exercise calories. Sodium Difference
I've recently started tracking my sodium, but I'm a little confused how MFP tracks it. For instance, when I put in that I had 2 ear of corn with butter, MFP says the sodium count is 3166, when I put in 2 ears of corn and butter separately, the sodium count is 110. My daily calorie goal is 1250, when I exercise it says that I gained calories. So today it added 940 calories because of my exercise, is this correct? Or should I just eat my 1250 calories
