I've been on a plateau for 2 months, gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. I'm 5'4, 168 lbs, 51 year old. My BMR is 1447 and TDEE 1589. I exercise 5 days a week, Xtreme intervals 55 min on Tues, 30 min on Friday, Bodypump 60 min Wed and Saturday and 55 min of spinning on Thursday. I drink lots of water but don't log it. My diary is open, but I'm very poor about logging, but if you could look at the days I have logged, which is pretty much the way I eat all the time, could you give me advice on what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I just started the weight lifting a week ago. I have also been measuring myself, and have not lost any inches in that time period

If I had to guess, I'd say that you are underestimating your food on the days you don't log or partially log.

Otherwise, all of the numbers used (food intake, energy burn, etc) are estimates. If you aren't getting the result you want, make a small change to your targets and stick to it for a month or so, then re-evaluate.

also, it looks like you are set up to net 1200 calories a day and you either aren't hitting that or not logging it. That along with the fact that you are only eating 15% of your calories from protein, you are probably losing a good bit of lean muscle, which makes losing fat even harder.

If you exercise 5 times a week than your TDEE is over 2,000. Based on your BMR try sticking with a net of 1,500 eating your exercise calories and upping protein. Log EVERYTHING.
