Ah I see, I have had no experience with ellipticals/other machines so i'm not sure how loud they actually are! I'm the same with straight up lettuce leaves (any kind of lettuce) makes me really bloated ): fruit i'm fine with though, although I don't eat a lot (only apples/bananas/most berries and then some dried fruit).

Personally, I think it depends on how old she is. Is she 8? 18? 28? Depending on her age she is likely to be fully aware that she is eating out of boredom, depression, and that this could be and may cause health problems. More info would be helpful before at least I can give a proper opinion :)

You'll hate me then! I can't drink full sugar cola or pepsi because it gives me really bad stomach ache ): I do drink diet pepsi though and I drink a lot of rum (i'm a student... and rum is cheap. Although cheap rum doesn't taste good. But being a student isn't about enjoying the taste of alcohol is it haha).

I try to do this on paper (not on mfp), planning out the meals for each week just because my boyfriend are on a really tight budget and it helps us figure everything out (: Every morning I prelog what i'll eat for the day, then make adjustments at the end of the day if I need to.
