Yeaaah... just looked at their topic history because of what you said and saw they posted on the 9th of april 2014: "I am 6ft Female with an overall goal of losing 110 pounds. i have since January lost 25 Pounds so Have about 89 Pounds to lose ( 40 Kilos). I have done this by working out 5 days a week (gym), 40 to 1 hour…

138 isn't unhealthy for 5'11, so i'm surprised he said that! It is however a healthy weight for that height. Have a look at http://www.eatingdisorderfoundation.org/EatingDisorders.htm and http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Eating-disorders/Pages/Introduction.aspx and if you have genuine concerns about your behaviour, go back to…

Nothing new to add from everyone else's comments really, that if you're doing as much exercise/movement as you can but you're still not seeing the results you want that you've got to look at your intake and see what you're able to change! I sympathise with how much it sucks having to be seated for so long- I don't have a…

I love Freelee the banana girl (https://www.youtube.com/user/Freelea) her and her partner Durianrider are both raw vegan and really interesting and cool people. They're large advocates of mono eating and just eating straight up fruit and vegetables.

...but carrot cake is like the best thing ever! (hides the fact that I bought a carrot cake slice today :3)

Pretty much everyone that eats really "healthily" (although that meaning changes between peeple) and has success in losing weight and reaching their weight/fitness goals have been bad eaters at some point! I mostly eat clean now and love it (with the occasional vegan cake or bubble tea or whatever). You can do it :) (also…

I would disagree- I too suffered from anorexia for many years until I switched to a (mostly raw) vegan lifestyle. You act as if eating vegan means you can't get variety or sufficient calories. It's worked for a lot of people. Not for everyone though (:

I love them! For the first couple of sessions it made walking up stairs really difficult aha and even now (i've been going to spin classes for 4 years) I still feel knackered after one (in a good way). Definitely try it and see if it suits you!

I ditto most of the above comments really, if you eat dairy, even only very occasionally, you are not a vegan or vegetarian. I don't think that's being militant nor strict either,, definition a vegan is someone who doesn't eat meat and dairy products, so if you eat them albeit not very often, you don't fit into that…

How about taking some time to refocus yourself and give yourself some much needed attention for at least a short amount of time before you eat? (eg. a 30 minute soak in the bath with some nice candles, or just taking 10 to read a chapter of a book). Then get your food ready and hopefully you'll be a bit calmer and relaxed…
