Did you go vegetarian for moral or health reasons (or both?) I don't understand how someone can abandon their morals just for a taste based decision, but that's just me.

Not all vegetarians/vegans secretly love meat... I love 'meat' on the animal when they're still alive (; but each to their own.

As a vegan I think it's a shame, and I don't see how eating meat will be connected to weight loss or feeling better (unless you were lacking in things you didn't take care of as a vegetarian), but whatever you think is best for you! :)

My boyfriend and I live together, and we aim to spend £25 ($38) week for everything food related... sometimes it creeps up to £30 though.

I'm 5'11 and aiming for 140 (i'm 159 now), I have a very small frame and 160 is just blah for me... I used to weigh 120 which was a bit too thin looking back on it.

The Kinect Adventures always kicks my boyfriend and i's *kitten*, and it's not even a fitness game haha. It's loads of fun too I have almost all the dance games, it's fun to play with friends or on my own... and it doesn't feel like exercising. What everyone else has said- you get out of it what you put into it.

As a vegan who eats nutritional yeast a lot, I can offer some insight(: It looks like powdery flakes... and tastes kind of cheesy and nutty. I always use lemon juice for a salad dressing... or just sprinkle chilli powder/dried herbs/nutritional yeast over the top, i'm boring ha.

I used to use livestrong. Myfitnesspal is ten times better (and the community is better too!)

I will definitely try to reach my calorie goal every day... it's just surprisingly hard when you're not hungry/are genuinely full :3 I think i'll be using my snacks to bump the total up!
