Mine came out all soggy. So I tried to cook em for a little bit longer but nothing really changed but the top of it got browner. Should I just cook them for longer? o.o

Well I have lower back pain which I've mostly always had cause of my weight and the way I sleep. And then theres new pain in around the arch/middle of my back. I was told it was my lungs from all the coughing I've been doing. But I will see a doctor since my shin pains been going on for about a week.

What about if you add ground beef and sauce and all that. I know it says how many calories for noodles and stuff but once you mix it all together idk how to tell.

I know about starvation mode but I didn't know how many calories I was eating or needed so that's why I started with this. I'll try the 2700 though I'm not very good with knowing calories and sizes of stuff but I'm going to try.

And have you been losing weight? I cut down a ton when I started 2 weeks ago and I dropped too much too fast imo so im trying this to watch what im eating. I guess ill attempt to eat 2700 it feels lile a lot but meh. And also when it says 2700 that means it already has the -500 for the weight lose or do I need to eat 500…
