I wear my HRM during non cardio workouts such as lifting and yoga, but I always slash the calories in half for logging purposes.

Wow! That's great. I do 30DS on and off...maybe I should stick to it! Keep up the great work.

I'm 26 and I've been on MFP since July 2012. It's such a great tool. Feel free to add me. I am on everday and complete my diary every single day - for better or for worse. It's just something that has to be done and it's really helped me lose weight! My goal by this July is to to get to 135.
-
I'm 5'5.5" and my goal weight is 135.

I don't think I'll ever stop using MFP. It's the only thing that's helped me consistently lose weight at a healthy pace, which I have been trying to do for years. I've been on MFP for almost 7 months now and I love it!

You look wonderful! Congrats on your transformation. Good luck with the rest of your journey! You've got this.

You look really great! Congrats on your transformation.

Thanks for sharing. My goal weight is 135 as well - still 24.5 pounds go to! You look amazing - very inspirational!

I've lost a little over 29 pounds since July 2012 - about 1 pound loss per week. I log into MFP EVERYDAY no matter what. That's really helped me succeed. I've also learned to love working out and found workouts I am passionate about.

Really wonderful! Thanks for sharing and congratulations!

Did you wet the part of the strap around the transmitter? It needs to be damp otherwise the watch cannot find your heart rate.

Hi there - feel free to add me. I do about four 3-4 mile runs a week. I also have a goal of doing six 5k races this year!
-
I'm 5'5", 159.4 pounds, size 8.

I love this thread! Everyone looks great. Congrats!

I weigh myself daily, but only log it on my MFP once a week - usually Friday or Saturday morning. Btw, if you handle weighing yourself daily - it's a great learning tool. I've learned so much about my body this way and how different foods will impact the number on the scale.
-
What a transformation. Congrats - you look amazing. So strong too!
-
BUMP! So helpful. Thanks for posting.

It's accurate and it allows you to visualize what a proper portion looks like. Once you have it memorized, it's easier to log properly when eating out etc...I love my food scale.

Spinning! Running would be my number two.

Congratulations! You look fantastic! Thanks for sharing your story.

This site keeps me going! I was so lucky to friend people that took their weight loss journey seriously right from my first day on MFP. I love that my friends on here have the same mindset as me - no starving or super low calorie diets, just eating in moderation and working out hard to lose weight at a healthy pace!
-
You look AWESOME! Thanks for being a great role model.

I pay $60 per month for my regular gym and then I pay $32 per class for a specialized spin class that I take once a week. I also on ocassion purchase personal training sessions. In my opinion, spending money on fitness is an investment in my health and well being! Very important to my happiness.

You literally look SO GOOD! Thanks for sharing. I am a similiar height and 135 is my ultimate goal. Glad to know it looks outstanding! Congrats to you.

It took me about 4-5 weeks to notice my body changing. Those first few weeks are critical. Stay dedicated!

I used to be able to eat a whole bag of string cheese in one sitting....haven't done that in over a year though! Much better control these days.
