I find that if I combine running with lifting then I see results. I do not lose weight when I am only focused on cardio. There is also the quality of your food that I think matters. I try to eat "clean". Good luck!

Are you actively checking out your HR while working out (I tend to look at it often)? I suspect you are loosing the connection between the strap and transmitter at certain points during your workout. Also, are you wetting the strap enough prior to your work? Good luck!

You already look amazing! I've hit a plateau as well, but I defintely have 20 more pounds to loose. Not much advice for you unfortunately as I am in the same situation, but looking forward to the responses to this thread to get some ideas!
