I tried out a new recipe today for portobello pizzas! Ok so, 4 ingeridients but super easy!
Hallow out 2 large or 6 small portobellos, then fill w pizza sauce, skim milk mozz. cheese and I cut up turkey pepperettes(2, one each mushroom) to sprinkle on top!
Just pop em in the oven at home either 350 for like 20 mins or broil on hi for a bit less! and they reheat nicely at work! I used a serving and a half of cheese grated and the cals came out to about 350 for the 2 large, felt pretty satisfied after as well!0 -

In the slow cooker:
1. Fresh or frozen boneless chicken breasts
2. Jarred marinara sauce (enough to submerge the chicken)
Cook on low 4-6 hours (closer to 6 for frozen chicken), then shred for Italian chicken sandwiches, wraps, over pasta.
3. Top with mozzerella or parmesan cheese
Sometimes I'll toss in some zucchini or spinach or mushrooms, too.0 -
2-3 lb roast (rump, shoulder, whatever)
1 packet Italian dressing mix
2 cups beef broth
Cook in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours. Shred and serve on toasted rolls. Recommended toppings: provolone cheese, banana peppers & horseradish sauce. Sooo good.0 -

Never thought of that! Thanks!0 -
Almond milk (1 cup)
Chia seeds (2 Tbsp)
Pumpkin puree (1/2 cup)
Mix and refrigerate overnight. Healthy delicious pudding
You could also add sweetener/spices, I sometimes use cinnamon and stevia, if you like but those 3 are the main ingredients.
I have all three of these ingredients. I'm going to make it right now. Thanks!0 -

Chicken breasts
Pour a can of Rotel over the chicken. (add black beans or corn if you'd like or taco seasoning but not necessary)
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 or until 170 degrees
Then I sprinkle some shredded cheese over each breast before serving.0 -

Bacon
Eggs
Black Pudding0 -
Apple
Dark chocolate
Natural Peanut Butter
Dice the apple, chop the chocolate and add the peanut butter.0 -
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 can well-drained Ro-tel tomatoes
2 tbs grated cheese
Make an omelet!
If you want to add a 4th ingredient, real bacon bits or country ham that has been diced and cooked are both awesome!0 -
black bean soup
1 can of black beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup stock
partially puree the hot soup to make it a little thick while still leaving some whole beans in tact. it's even better if you add a can of refried beans and a little more stock. thickens it up and taste great. i always add a ton of southwestern seasoning to it too. pepper sauce, chiles, cumin, and cilantro are all great with it.0 -
