    Almond milk (1 cup)
    Chia seeds (2 Tbsp)
    Pumpkin puree (1/2 cup)

Mix and refrigerate overnight. Healthy delicious pudding :)

You could also add sweetener/spices, I sometimes use cinnamon and stevia, if you like but those 3 are the main ingredients.

I have all three of these ingredients. I'm going to make it right now. Thanks!

    Chicken breasts
Pour a can of Rotel over the chicken. (add black beans or corn if you'd like or taco seasoning but not necessary)
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 or until 170 degrees
Then I sprinkle some shredded cheese over each breast before serving.

Chicken breast cut in small pieces, pan fried (don't need any oil) with curry spices and sour cream = delicious with rice.

I just resumed eating chicken after 1 yr eating pescetarian and this sounds AWESOME to me!

    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 can well-drained Ro-tel tomatoes
    2 tbs grated cheese

    Make an omelet!

If you want to add a 4th ingredient, real bacon bits or country ham that has been diced and cooked are both awesome!

    black bean soup

    1 can of black beans
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup stock

partially puree the hot soup to make it a little thick while still leaving some whole beans in tact. it's even better if you add a can of refried beans and a little more stock. thickens it up and taste great. i always add a ton of southwestern seasoning to it too. pepper sauce, chiles, cumin, and cilantro are all great with it.
