WHat is your favorite 3 ingredient recipe???

Mine is Buffalo Chicken in the crock pot....

1 lb chicken breast
Franks Hot Sauce (the amount depends on how how you like it)
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Powder (the make it yourself kind)

Put in crock pot on low in the morning..come home from work and VOILA! iT IS DELISH!

MAKE IT A WRAP, PUT IT ON A SALAD....

    Chip Crusted Cod

    1.25 pounds cod (or haddock)
    2 Tbsp mayo or miracle whip
    2 oz bag (single seving) salt and vinegar kettle chips (we like Cape Cod)

    Spread fish filet(s) out on a foil lined 9x13 baking dish. Brush filets with mayo. Crush up chips by hand in bag (open bag first so it doesn't explode) then pour over filets. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 F.

    Note: for Hubs and I, this makes 2 servings but is technically more like 3 servings of fish (6 oz per person). Serve with salad.

    No I put it all in the crock pot together and stir it up in there.....I also do it with chicken thighs if I have them too...

    No I put it all in the crock pot together and stir it up in there.....I also do it with chicken thighs if I have them too...

    Another 3 ingredient recipe is:
    WHole Chicken,
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    Hidden Valley Italian Seasoning packet

    Mix the brown sugar and ITalian Seasoning, rub on chicken wrap chicken in foil until almost done..take off foil last 20 minutes of cooking and it is a nice glaze..

    Frozen chicken breast, can of cream of chicken soup, can of chicken broth
    Place in crock pot, cook on low 8 hours.

    Love it!

    1lb of lean braising steak + 1 can of condensed 99% fat free tomato soup, add to slow cooker for 4-8hrs (depending on setting) and serve in a jacket potato :-)

    Boil some hidden veggies noodles, drain, add in a can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup and add chopped up precooked Eckrich turkey sausage.

    Roast beef in crockpot with a bit of water and a packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix. Cook on low.

    To alter: add cream of mushroom soup and during the last five minutes, a scoop of sour cream = Beef stroganoff

    put in pan w/ a lid, bring wine and fennel to a boil, turn down to simmer, drop in cod for 5 minutes..done

    Also, chicken breast, salsa, water in a crock pot= awesome, super low fat/low sodium shredded chicken for tacos! (Can also be done in small portions in a sauce pot on the stove)

    Almond milk (1 cup)
    Chia seeds (2 Tbsp)
    Pumpkin puree (1/2 cup)

    Mix and refrigerate overnight. Healthy delicious pudding :)

    You could also add sweetener/spices, I sometimes use cinnamon and stevia, if you like but those 3 are the main ingredients.
