You look fabulous! Thank you for posting this....... Exactly what people (me) need to see when the scale doesn't move for a couple of weeks.0

Exactly what I needed to see today. Amazing job!!0

Fantastic Results!! Nice definition.
I can totally relate. Been doing Body Pump and finally back to weight lifting on my own sans class. The clothes are baggy but the scale see-saws and it is annoying. I'm going to go back to doing my body measurements.0 -

Wow, seeing is believing. And I'm sure everyone asks you how much weight you've lost! :laugh:0

This is so encouraging, because my scale isn't moving either although I'm doing lots of strength training. Great work!
I do mostly strength training as well. Stick with it and take pictures! Good luck!!0 -
You look FANTASTIC! Thanks for this thread--it's great for everyone to see just how pointless the number on the scale really is, especially if you're strength training. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:0

Fantastic work, I have similar results and would post B & A pics of myself only I move too fast for cameras. :glasses:0

This is AWESOME! You go girl!0

You look fantastic !
I must take before and after pics. To me its about size and fitting into clothes and not the final number on the scales. But I think we are all conditioned to go on the scales reading. You are proof that we shouldn't.
Thank you0 -
Thanks for the motivation! You look amazing!
I think I'll kiss my scales goodbye!

Fantastic results. I think weight goals are okay for those who have a decent amount of fat mass to lose (50+); but for persons with 10 to 30 lbs to go, it's best to evaluate progress by pictures and focus on improving body composition (reducing fat mass/increasing lean mass). There are simply too many factors that influence scale weight to use it as the primary assessment method.0
