I'm in the same boat as you. As of today I've been doing MFP for 5 weeks and although I can see my body transforming the scale remains the same. I exercise daily, have been monitoring my caloric intake and yet the scale doesn't move. Thanks for sharing your story because it's nice to have another person in the boat with me. You look great. Keep it up :happy:0

I was just telling my friend the other day that even though the scale REFUSES to budge I have noticed big differences in my body. More definition, smaller belly, clothes are fitting better and looser. I thought that maybe I was just imagining things but others have mentioned it too. These pics of yours have helped me to see that the scale is just a tool and an inefficient one at that. I'm becoming more toned and stronger and as long as that continues I really don't care what that "tool" has to say!! lol GREAT work btw!!0
