  • I try not to eat frozen meals very often but I do keep a few on hand for major crazy days. I have purchased all three brands. I just look at how much sodium is in it. Most have way to much. I look at that before I even look at calories.
  • I love pizza!! Have you tried making cauliflower pizza crust. Easy to google the recipe. I just load mine with veggies and go easy on sauce and cheese.

  • Now is this all calories burned with workout or just favorite? I do several things every night when I work out, not just eliptical machine. I usuall burn between 400 to 500 cal a day. Working out at least 5 days a week.

  • I can do this! The activity I love is doing my eliptical machine! 1400 cal in a week is easy! :)
