            WOW..I will have to do some research to see if I can do anything at all to equal that kind of calories. Nervous but up to the challenge0

 Currently i am doing 40 minutes a day of moderate cycling (going to work and back) to this i hope to add some swimming. We will see 0 0

            I'm excited my favorite exercise is dance aerobics. It is a very high calorie burner and so much fun. We can do it let's show those 1400 calories who we are made of! :happy:0

            Now is this all calories burned with workout or just favorite? I do several things every night when I work out, not just eliptical machine. I usuall burn between 400 to 500 cal a day. Working out at least 5 days a week.0

            Janetay01 - Curves is a Fitness Center for Women only, circuit training. Check online, I'm sure that they have a location near you. For women that do not feel comfortable working out around men or the body builder types at Gold's Gym - it works perfect for me.0
