Great, so tomorrow we will have the new challenge!
And remember that tomorrow morning it is also weighting day!!! I am crossing my fingers i did not behave nicely during the weekend :P0 -
One of the things I tend to struggle with is variety of workouts - I find something that works for me and stick with it. So, suggestion for a challenge is that we try to achieve a certain number of calories burned this week but that it has to be across two or more different types of workouts - so for me, it might be split between my good old trusty cross trainer but also an all over workout - Jillian Michaels 30Day Shred, something on the Wii or whatever takes your fancy. that way we challenge ourselves to work all areas - what do you think? 1,500 in the week?0
