The new challenge is by Janeta!!!! This week we should 1) burn at least 1500 calories 2) but they should come from at least two different types of workouts So at the end of the week you should both announce your total workout calories and the types of activities! Enjoy!!!!
I just thought that it would be nice to have a place to post our Non Scale Victories. There are times when the scale isn't reflecting a loss yet our measurments are down - or we completed that extremely hard workout - or our clothes are fitting better - :smile: whatever!
