The new challenge is by Janeta!!!!
This week we should
1) burn at least 1500 calories
2) but they should come from at least two different types of workouts
So at the end of the week you should both announce your total workout calories and the types of activities!

So, 311 burned today on the cross trainer and 63 burned on Wii - My Fitness Coach. Not so many burned on the wii but it gives me the opportunity to target different areas - focussing on core body strength this week.

8/8: 382 calories burned Curves Circuit + Zumba, also strength training but I can't track the calorie burn - not sure how to...0

Well, I got my 30 minutes walking in - but it's Friday and we couldn't be bothered to cook - so fish and chips and cheesecake - won't be meeting my challenge for My Fitness Coach - uuugh! but never mind, back on track tomorrow.0
