Well I weighed in at 153 this morning. So I'm the same from last week. Yesterday I went to Planet Fitness with my mom and did the 30 minute circuit (it really kicked my *kitten*) and then 10 minutes on the eliptical and 1 mile walk while at work. Well my goals for today are to go to the grocery store after work today and get some healthy food for lunches and PLAN them out. I also am going to walk 1 mile during work and plan a workout routine to get back into (maybe sign up for a gym?)

My goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of this year (which if I get my act together, I think is possible!). My other goal is to start training by the end of this year for our local triathlon (it's a 6 mile canoe, 5.5 mile run, and an 18 mile bike race in that order).

My ex-boyfriend told me that I never was motivated to loose weight and that I didn't even try but complained. I get a thirty minute lunch break and 2-15 minute breaks at work. Lately my co-worker and I started the squat challenge, so during lunch break we do our squats and 30 walking lunges and then we walk.
