Make sure that in your settings you are set to sedentary! I eat some of the calories back, however not all of them. I also don't sync mine until the evening and just watch how much I am burning on the app.

Well I'm still recovering from this cold/sinus/whatever is knocking me down. So, I plan on getting 12,000 steps in and doing the 5 mile Walk Away The Pounds youtube video again and drinking TONS of water.

Well this past weekend was a hit and go. I did the color run (I walked) with my dad and my 5 year old niece. It was a blast!!! Well the scale this morning said I weighed in at 249! Wahoo...which means I've lost 4 pounds this week. I have my biggest loser competition weigh in on Monday at 6:00 with my family, so it may go up some (or maybe down or stay the same?). I will take it!
