    That's amazing. Did you do it all on your own - just using MFP?

    If so, I have one suggestion - get some professional help to learn how to maintain the weight (holistic nutritionist). It's a whole different game and I don't know about you but, I have no idea how to play that game!

    Amazing, great job. I'm at the start of my journey and unhappy with the current results. Always great to have a reminder that it will all add up in the end.

    that is fantastic! Did you have surgery? or was this your first time losing a lot of weight? You are young and that helps - but that is a LOT to lose in a year... how did you do it?
