The motivation I needed to see this morning. I started eating a more vegan diet. While I'm not totally 100% (more like 45-50%) I feel SO much better already. And to top it off, I lost .6 pounds in 2 days! Thanks so much for your inspiring post! :smile:

I needed to read that because I was really bugging out this morning. I got on the scale and it said I'd gained .4 pounds, but my clothes are fitting looser. I'm gonna keep in mind that it'll take a while for my body to adjust.

Hi all-- I'm new to the group as well. I LOVE those 10 minute solution DVDs at Walmart. I think they're like $5-$9. If I'm in Zumba class, it's easy for me to dance for 60 minutes. At home? Not so much. So having those 10 minute DVDs work because I have absolutely NO excuse not to do at least 10 minutes of exercise. Plus,…
