I made these. I got 21 out of the mix. I used a spoon. They are pretty good. Not too sweet.

Made these tonight. Came too: 97 calories 11 sugar 18 carb 2 protein I use all all purpose flour but used brummel and brown yogurt spread. These are absolutely delish! My husband even said they were better than any other cookie he's ever had.

Have it done and in the fridge for tmw. My info: 168 calories 8 fat 21 carbs 3 protein 1 fiber 10 sugar I didn't use fat free cream cheese (store was out) so I used the light version instead. Next time i'll use fat free and the calories and carb/fat content will drop a bit.

I used bagged dates and I think that might be what caused mine to be so high in calories. For a serving of 6 I got 203 calories a bar. If I use fresh dates next time will the calories be lower?

Personally I try to be done eating by 8:30-9 so my food can settle. Otherwise I wake up with heartburn or I get sick.

Have it made in the fridge for tmw. I used semi sweet morsels instead of the piece of dove (all I had on hand)

So far I have sprinkled some into my oatmeal and topped a bagel w/ cream cheese with them. I love them! I however don't get the high protein part. 1 tbsp. only have 2g of protein. While it's something, I don't use 1 tbsp of the seeds!

I did it thursday and friday and took a rest on the weekend as I could not even stand up I was so sore! Just did it again tonight.

I eat 1749 a day (always under by 100-400 calories though) and my tdee is 2628 so I need to eat 2102. That seems crazy to me. I am losing a lb. a week like I wanted. So should I up the calories or stay where I am?

Turkey burgers! I buy the butterball fresh ground turkey patties (4pk) for $4 at food lion. Either cook on grill or on stove. Eat with merita lite wheat buns (80 cal. a bun) and a tbsp of ketchup (15 cal). I think one patty is 130 calories. Just one burger fills me up.

I don't know if it's right but when I get to the gym I stretch my legs a little big. Then do my strength training (one day I do legs, the next day I do arms) and then I get on the elliptical for 35 minutes doing a cross training program and then I stretch again.
