Your brain and other body parts need fat to function properly. I stick within my allowed grams daily, sometimes under. I eat "healthy" fat if that makes any sense. I limit my white carbs and changed to whole wheat pasta coz you can't be married to an Italian and NOT eat pasta....-lol-

according to my nutritionist, as a woman you need 30 - 55 grams of carbs [some say 40 - 65] for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
