Nekkid = Naked... ;-)

Just wondering how everyone else does it.

I measured this morning (Yay me!! Down 1.5 inches in my waist & an inch in my butt!) then I measured this afternoon and it was back up to where it was a couple of weeks ago. ??? So I dropped trow and measured again. and voila! Same as it was this morning....

    Naked. Clothes add too much variability.

    Doesn't matter - just do it the same each time. Same time of day, same clothes, etc.

    And if you're a woman, be aware of where you are in your cycle as you can greatly vary during that time.

    In my undies, after my morning coffee. If I don't drink my morning coffee first I would probably fall off the scale.

    Always the same routine.

    My clothes have nothing to do with my body weight...why would I weigh myself with my clothes on? If you do it, make sure you're wearing the same thing every time.
  • Naked, same time of day every two weeks for me....-s-

    We're talking about measuring here, right - not weighing?

    I go starkers when I measure (except for undies, they're thin enough) - and dang that plastic tape measure is cold this time of year! :tongue:
