5'7, weigh 175, wear a size 10-14 in pants and a small to large in tops. I am also a true pear body shape!!!

I'm 5'7 175 and wearing pants that are a size 8-14 and tops small to medium. All depending on brand and cut.

My shoe size didn't change but my width did. I went from a wide to a regular. Finger crossed if I lose another 10 pounds maybe I will drop a size also in the foot area!

Thank you for posting this question, I am in the same vote. 5'7, 175 pounds and want to lose another 10 pounds. I was also confused with TDee and MFP. I have now recalculated my daily goal and eating 1600 calories. Fingers crossed. Best of luck on your journey!!! Terry:smile:

My eating rule for the last 4 years is 80/20. 80% eating clean and 20 % processes foods and always start my day with a hot water with a slice of fresh lemon. This has helped me lose 50 pounds and maintain what I've lost.

I eat eggs, protein shakes , steal oats greek yogurt with fresh fruit.during the week.
