I followed the old WW plan in the past, and did pretty well with it, lost a total of 50 pounds and manage to keep it off today. I didn't the the new plan aswell. Eat right and work hard you will see the result you want with the help of your MFP friends!!!:smile:

I'm a life time member of weight watchers also. I love a total of 50 pounds then hit a plateau that I could not get past. I stopped going to the meeting and tried it on my own.. I found that I need to be held accountable for my eating and logging. I am across MFP and love it. I have lost about another 10 pounds with this…

You may have an allergy to some veggies, sounds funny but a person I know has an allergy to some veggies.

I replace my runners at least every 6 months. My feet do start noticing the lack of support if I go long then that.

After eating greek yogurt for a few months, I found out I can't eat any other kindof yogurt now!! Enjoy!!!

I preplan a day ahead sometimes for the entire week. For me it makes life so much easier and grocery shopping a breeze!!!

one of my favorite snack is greek honey or vanilla yogurt with 1/4 cup of any type of special k cereal or any healthy type of cereal of any kind. :smile:
