Hey I have had a lot of issues with my weight I have lost A LOT but out it all back on at the moment I am having 1200 NET calories a day of healthy food but am not really seeing results and am starting to feel down. Could I be doing something wrong/not enough? PLEASE HELP =)

Low/No fat dairy! It tastes amazing great and gluttonous but is really guilt-free and filling. It keeps my fat under my goal =)

Hey =) Wow that is awesome. I know what you mean about struggle, I have been a lot bigger and I have been smaller but I need to finally do it right. I definitely need to tone my thighs... I try to doing squats does anyone know any other good exercise?
