  • I just made red velvet cupcakes, added chocolate chips, and topped them with cream cheese icing. Delicious!
  • String cheese and a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter are two of my current favorites. I try to change up my snacks every week so I don't get bored of them.
  • Well...maybe, but try not to count it as too much, you don't want to put yourself over your calorie goal without knowing. I also have a desk job, so I go for a walk everyday at lunch time. You can also try parking in the furthest spot from your building, and taking the stairs whenever possible. All the little things add up…
  • Snackwell Devils Food cookies are fat free and I believe only 50 calories each. The other chocolate option I usually go with is a fudgesickle bar (sugar free and 40 calories). Skinny cow has some options too, I haven't tried them yet though.

  • Awesome, thanks for the tip! I just saw them at the store and wondered how they were. I'll have to pick some up next time!
  • Good luck with losing the rest of your baby weight, i'm sure it will be off in no time! It takes a while, but is so worth it. ps. I also have two little ones and have been known to eat chocolate chips straight from the bag :)
  • I've had two c-sections and it's just naturally gone away with a healthy diet and exercise. It definitely takes time, but your body should go back to normal once you get back on your regular routine. I was up to 195 with my first kiddo (starting at 130lbs) and got up to 165 (2010) with my second. I haven't done any of the…
  • This past week I picked up some Thomas' 100% whole wheat english muffins. I pop them in the toaster, put a little bit of pb on it and eat it on the way to work. It's pretty good and keeps me full for a while.
  • I allow myself to on the weekend. I still pay attention to the nutrition guide and don't go overboard, but I have to indulge sometimes. It's my reward for working so hard all week. It hasn't hindered my weight loss at all, i'm 1.5 lbs from my goal weight of 120lbs :)
  • It sounds like your doing a really good job, especially with the exercise. I know I get hungry right around the same time every day. I have put a bunch of healthy snacks handy for those moments, it's like I can't wait until dinner time. This week I have a big bowl of watermelon chunks in the office refrigerator, and it…
  • I have fun hoola hooping on the wii fit, and it burns lots of calories :)
  • A lot of what you wrote sounds very familiar! I'm 5'4 but started off at 135 when I originally joined MFP. I've logged in for 30 days as of today and am down to 123lbs!! I am also very small on top and wide on the bottom. My thighs are soo much smaller now! My goal weight on here is 120lbs, but I will probably move it down…

  • This is a great place to start! It definitely got me back on track and makes me accountable for the choices I make. Good luck! Feel free to add me as well :)
  • Ditto to the post below. I love chocolate, so if I have a piece of chocolate earlier in the day then I just know that I have to cut back on something else or work out a little longer.
  • I have a 1 and 4 year old. I've technically lost all my baby weight, but things still aren't the same especially in the belly region :) I'm getting back at it and starting to exercise and dodge my chocolate cravings :)
