I have no sugar, I have completely cut it out. I use one drop of liquid stevia in my coffee, but that's all I use. I think it's just hormones, it's my first cycle since going low carb, and usually I ate tons of cereal.

Thanks, I did not know that!! I don't use anything with sugar alcohols though, or any artificial sweeteners except stevia. I have a horrible reaction to any artificial sweeteners. I figured out how to do the net carbs on here though, so I won't be using the Atkins site to track anymore. Now I'm just trying to figure out…
