Thank you for the support. It is good to remember the positives. Traveled yesterday....started at 3:30 in the morning so it blew my day a little. I had coke for the first time in about two weeks. I have to be honest it was good. But I am back on track today...just a bump...or that is what I tell myself.

Hey, I am in the same spot is some ways. The scale is not moving for me but I bought new jeans yesterday because my others wouldn't stay up with the belt. I don't want to delude myself but I think I am changing my shape but the scale refuses to move. A little frustrated.

Highland I am totally with you. I am stuck at 160.1. Uggghhh....I want the 150s. Maybe this Sunday. I have kicked the at home wine habit. Made a pact only when I am away from the house. It has really cut my wine back considerably.

Great job on the seven pounds. I don't have a good answer. The MFP answer would be eat back your calories that your exercise away. I think there is some good advice here because you want to build muscle because ultimately that is what is going to burn the fat. If you are feeding your body you can't build muscle.

JBsJazz....thank you for the support. It went pretty well. I didn't gain any weight and I did work our three mornings. And I got to ski the others days. I went on another trip last week and didn't do as well. It was late nights and missed my workouts. Drank several glasses of wine. Did better on my ski trip with alcohol…

I did p90X the original a few year ago. I really got fit and i keep the weight off for years instead of months. Great program and good luck.

J...thanks for the advice and input. I will go to the grocery and get some healthy staples for breakfast. At least I will be more in line with one meal. It is a meeting slash ski trip...meeting all week ski all weekend. Meetings are one of my triggers, they bring in hot chocolate chip cookies at 3:00 break and it is hard…
