If you've already PERFECTED level 1 (perfect = doing all of the "advanced" version of the moves, good form, and no resting) then you could move onto level 2. In level 1 & 2 I was logging it as 20 minutes of "Circuit training" general; about 240 calories. In level 3 I stated logging it as 25 minutes, since the warm up is more intense and actually raises my heart rate significantly; about 300 calories. I'm 195 lbs. I'd go with your HRM. ^^^Yep. This happens to me EVERY time I change my routine. The scale holds steady for about 2 weeks, then a big drop. Wait it out. You're doing your body and metabolism a favor by walking. Good for you!

I just finished Level 3, Day 6 last night! The scale hasn't moved in about two weeks, but I've lost a total of about 4 lbs. doing the 30 DS.
