I had been on a 3 month plateau. I started eating no added sugar foods (i.e. chocolate, candy, cookies, ice cream, etc). Less than a week later I was out of my plateau, Have you tried something like this?

Sophie.....popular/party girls group?

Zumba has really helped my saddlebags. It has also helped give me more of an hourglass figure. Give it a try, plus it's seriously a ton of fun.

Thanks everyone! I was feeling a bit lonely on here. I searched for people within my area and basically got a lot of inactive accounts. I was possibly thinking of running a 5K this summer with some friends (Governors Cup, June, in Helena). Will anyone else be there?

Bump...that's what I thought :(

You look terrific! And so healthy. Congrats!

Bump...I was just wondering about this today, especially for my next c-section.

Thank you for all the wonderful compliments everyone! I wasn't sure if the changes were all that obvious. It really motivates me to know that other people can see what I can. Good luck to everyone doing the 30 DS program. I really hope to see your success stories with it too. If you have any questions about it feel free to…

I believe it's meant to be 10 days at each level. But, it really depends on you. My rule was...if I couldn't at least do the modified versions perfectly (good form, no breaks) for an entire workout then I couldn't move on. I worked hard to NOT do an extra day of that level. It was good motivation for me to build up to good…

Wow, you seriously look great!

Thank you and congrats on keeping up with it! Yes, "pre" pictures are always so, well, frustrating. I hadn't realized I'd gotten as big and Roley-poley as I had. I actually had a hard time looking at the befores until I was done with the program. Now I'm ready for round 2 or Ripped in 30. Also, a tip....I don't know how…

A pasty? I wonder if they're the same kind I'm thinking of. If so, then I'll be surprised.

I've heard (and agree with)....if you can make it to day 3 of each level then you can make it through that level. It was almost magical how much "easier" it got after day 3. Stick with it, but definitely listen to your body. You're gonna need it for a long time

Thank you. 30 Day Shred is a workout DVD with Jillian Michaels (former Biggest Loser trainer). There are 3 different level, each progressing in difficulty. It combines strength training, cardio, and abs. You do each level for 10 days (or however long it takes until you are ready to move on). Jillian claims that you can…

Thanks! I love, love, love Zumba. I can honestly say I crave it!

I just finished doing 30 Day Shred, here is the link to my "success story": http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/499057--results-30-day-shred-then-some My rule was...I could only move on to the next level if I could do the "easier" version of the moves, that included doing them without breaks (like the girls on the dvd…

I think she was photoshopped a bit, but...did you see her at the Grammy's? She definitely lost weight.

I decided to give up online TV. We decided to nix the cable and so after my daughter goes to bed I like to watch some TV on hulu or sharetv.org. It's a waste of my life! I could be doing so many other productive things. So, I'm going to limit it to 2 hours/week. If I tried to give it up completely I know I'd fail. So this…

Go to the pharmacy! They have loads of very effective meds there to help your symptoms. Ask the pharmacist what they recommend for your symptoms. It's best if you can get a medication that is specific for your symptoms, instead of a catch-all does everything medication. You really only want to treat symptoms that you…

I love to pickle mine. After I finish eating all the pickles out of a pickle jar, I save the juice, and put peeled hard boiled eggs in it for at least a day. Gives the egg a lot more flavor and helps keep the egg from going bad. Am I the only person that does this? It's seriously so good!

The mustard (?) dress with the heels. The lighter shade of the dress creates a good contrast with the jacket. I really love the boots (sexy) but the heels show off your great legs. Show off what you worked for!!!

I haven't yet measured my results (inches, pounds, pictures). I'm giving my body a few days to get rid of any residual water weight that may be in my muscles. I'll post the results to the forums when I get them ;)
