i crave protein and carbs before the storm, so i usually give in to whatever craving i have. soon as it starts, my appetite dies down.. so i guess it events out later. it's depressing in the meantime though. doesn't help with the hormones raging and all!

i'm ending the first week of beta, and plan on doing gamma next. i weigh myself every day, but i haven't done other types of measurements since the first week of alpha. clothes fit better, but other than that, i haven't really lost much weight and i don't think very many inches. i think i need to incorporate some weight…

I did P90x, Insanity, and now I'm on the 5th week of T25. I'm planning on completing Gamma after Beta, and then P90x3. I'll probably check out Max30 after I started P90x3 to see if I'll jump into it afterwards. I'd be interested in hearing feedback though!
