I got about the same problem! I use mfp and now i started some exercise slowly and my weigh loss has decreased. Well its beautiful to interact it depends on the use that everyone does on mfp! I wants lots of friends to discuss progress and encourage each other! We have all the same goal to go down the hill others don't. We all just need to be generous at each other!

I loved the words you used about yourself! The real thing is that forbidden food always seems to be more tastefull and maybe it is because it is forbidden and that makes it special to ourselves! I do the diet for a couple weeks and the i give up, i get bored really easily.

Today i got over the limit of fat and my subtotal calories are over the limit! Well white cheese and fruits maybe have theis sugar and proteins but these are thegood ones for the body! it would be good if you search and buy books about nutrition! That helps some time!
