Hello,
I am a 26 year old therapist working on losing 100 lbs. I lost about 80 two years ago, but gained much if it back. After overcoming several huge life hurdles, I often feel like losing weight is just out of my reach. I do identify as a compulsive over eater, and stress is the biggest trigger I have. I am currently doing the Take Shape for Life program, and I find it to be easier for my hectic schedule than struggle to provide multiple meals for myself. I am also exercising 4 times weekly. I have a supportive family and life partner- all of whom weigh less then 150 lbs and have no idea how "such a smart girl could struggle with something so small." I have never reached out to ask for help before with my peers, and hope to make some friends who can offer me motivation.
I hope you have a great week!

Welcome. Feel free to add me for support. I too started my journey having to lose 108.00 lbs. It can be done. You must believe in yourself, and know how worthy you are.0
