You just need to build up your stamina. i use honey. and since i dont really use dairy that much i put a little bit of almond coconut milk in my coffee as well. you can get the sweet version if you like. i also love dark chocolate almond milk by blue diamond. It makes the coffee taste like a mocha coffee!!!! Enjoy!

if you go under the food tab on here there is a tab that comes up for recipes. put in everything you put into the meal and it'll save it for you and it can estimate by the portion size and everything how many calories your meal was. hope this helps
