  • wow I just bought one today at Walmart, a watch one not sure about it yet, still in package but paid $27. Its a S7-function by Sportline. Will find out tomorrow if its any good, hope so and it should serve the purpose.
  • you really should go to a doctor and have it checked out to be on the safe side. it may be nothing but then again; anemia, my daughter suffered from this, another symptom of it is fatigue, make a doctors appointment!
  • Fiber is great for ya!!! I dont look at the fiber or protein, I try to increase those. I only watch the calories and sodium! Its hard to stay within on sodium :grumble: I also take a fiber suppliment.

  • were are your snacks? you really need to eat something before you workout. I think your in the starving mode. try eating your exercise calories and see if that helps. 3 meals and 3 to 4 snacks a day (snacks 100 to 200 calories) And drink alot of water 8 to 12 glasses a day.
  • if your really hungry try protein; chicken, beef or pork, junk food is not filling and when only make you want to eat what ever. Chew some gum, and drink lots of water, 3 glasses in a row. Remember "why do I want to lose weight" "my goals are??? keep your hands busy by writing down your thoughts, you can do this!!!!
  • wow I just peeked at what your eating, leave the little debbies and ranch dressing alone! Those 2 little things added up to over 600 calories for 600 calories you could have have chicken, 6-10 cups of veggies, a cup or rice or potatoes.   • you really need more protein in your program, and have a big relish tray ready for those munchies you maybe having. I think cooked veggies are more filling. Not sure what your eating but hang in there and remember why your doing this, also drink 8 to 12 glasses of water, it helps fill you up!

  • I totally agree, that calorie count on biggest loser has to be way off, I just plug it in here as general arobics, some of the recipes are messed up too. Also why couldnt they use the real people doing the exercise, like on most workout videos, love the wood chop though lol:grumble:
