  • I total agree with you, this is a life style change, not a diet. I eat healthy, dont care for exercising, but have the wii fit, which is a game, so dont feel like Im exercising either :bigsmile:
  • I know you can save a whole lot of calories using a whole wheat pita as crust :laugh: and making your own pizzas with lots of veggies, chicken, canadian bacon, the list goes on and on.
