Lite salt helps a lot - I use Morton's (more potassium in it than in supplements!). Hang in there!

Keto for about six months, got the flu shot, have not gotten the flu. Actually have rarely been sick since starting keto. Don't know if that's losing weight or diet, but I'll take it either way :)

If you cut your carbs low enough, you might be getting the dreaded "keto flu". Pick up some Morton's Lite salt (or whatever salt has a potassium/sodium mix) and put that on everything :P A cup of broth often helps, too. Drink water, get in the lite salt, and you should be fine. I had the shakes for a few days when I…

Nuva Ring, taken continuously for 3-6 months at a time. Super expensive, but low side effects. If I were certain about not having kids in the next X years, I'd probably get one of the non-hormonal IUDs.

It's really easy to fall in love with people you meet online. They're supportive, they're always around, they're funny... Researchers call it "hyperintimacy" - you're dealing with them face to face, so it's easy to confide in them. I've known a lot of relationships that started this way, and it's pretty neat to know…

Hi there! I did a grad certificate in survey research - let me see if I can help you out a little :P First, I'm assuming you're doing something with the MBTI or Kiersey Temperment sorter. If you are, there are several well-known measurements with a lot fewer questions. I *wanted* to help you out, I remember how hard this…

My mom died of pancreatic cancer a few years ago - got it before she was 50. Paternal grandmother died of it too. Terrible, terrible disease.

It's hard, but I try to use my calories on filling foods. Broccoli, for example, is low-cal - a bowl of cheesy broccoli won't set you back too much. I make sure to eat a lot of healthy fats and protein so I'm not gnawing on my own arm by the end of the day :P A little walking helps too. I'll often do a 30-min walk so I can…

I act super cheerful, but I'm basically keeping myself busy so I don't have to think. I've never been this depressed in my life. Also, I might be Batman. Unlikely, though.

38 DD, and I go for the cheap solution and wear the Old Navy "compression" tops in XL. They squish everything down so much that there's no jiggle! Might need to change this strategy in the future :P

I pre-ordered the new one. Can't wait for it to finally ship!

I'm 229 today, want Onederland for Christmas, so 30 down would be exactly it! So excited. Less than 2lbs a week will do it :)
