Did you plug your numbers into this site, cause I weigh about the same as you right now and my calories are set at like 1380 to lose 2lbs a week. Way to Go Keep up the good work! Thank you for this post. I really needed that I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes about 3 months ago. I am trying to make alot of lifestyle changes and it gets hard some days. This is reassuring that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
