I hate it when people say this to me. But maybe you aren't eating enough? You're doing a lot of exercise! Work out your bmr then deduct the amount of calories a week from that to lose what you want a week then aim that as your net cals!

With my HRM I was getting around 255 for level 1, level 2 has been around 320 but im only my third day in for level one! Hope that helps!

I'm on day 2 today, I failed the first time too! I'm soo sore today though but it'll be worth it. I say go for it!

I just cant work with oz! haha. Must be a UK thing, maybe? I have 2-4 litres normally, depends on the day. You should be able to change the measurements you can use on the water intake section on here!

I use my HRM like today i walked 44 mins and burned 170. but other days i can walk longer and burn less. They are really worth buying!

I used to log it as aerobics general then if there was sit ups etc at th end that calesthetics ( i think thats how you spell it!) But ive just bought a polar FT4 last week which tracks your calories, would highly recomend it

that sounds good for me because i think my problem is that i over do it when i get into it because i have to 'beat' by time/distance the day before!

I got mine for charity too. Im doing it for Muscular Dystrophy cause im a carrier! But theres s many charities i would like to run for. Im going to have to apply for more!

I actually havent thought much about it! Just to get over the finish like in one peice. My ex best friend did it in 2hrs 46. So the competitive person inside me wants to do better... but ill see how i go! What about you?

Just finished now! I didt think it would be as challenging as it is, but I loved every second. I was swimming this morning and have bootcamp in two and a half hours! Tomorrow is going to hurt!
