Tell me about it! This is the first time that my water weight has fluctuated SOOO MUCH! I'm usually up about 1.5lbs around TOM and then drop it, although, panicked when I was up almost 5lbs last Tuesday. Surprisingly, I lost 3lbs this week, in addition to that water weight that crept onto my scale last Tuesday.

I've been using my HRM whenever I workout. I usually get my highest burns when I am hiking, swimming laps in an olympic size pool, kayaking, golfing OR using the ellipticle machine. Juping jacks/jump rope circuit kills me!! Going to be attempting day3 today. Really hope that i can build up enough stamina to complete that circuit without stopping. Anyone have any suggestions with how to ease the tension i feel in my knees? I really hope i am using proper form... So sore!!!

Day 2 is DONE!! I still struggled with the jumping jacks and the jump rope, although, pushed on thru. Stopped a couple times to get some water or to just breathe. I'm using 3lb weights, although, thinking about going out to pick up a pair of 5lb weights. Some of the exercises - like the chest flies - I feel that the 3lb weights are too light...Going to see how the next couple of days go before running out to buy another pair.

I started the 30DS a day late, due to a death in the family...Just completed Day 1 & I hate to admit this...I could barely keep up with the jumping jacks and the jump rope. hmmm - salad bar (broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, snow peas, chick peas, romaine lettuce) if they have a grill - ask for some grilled chicken or a burger...without the bun...Cheddar cheese (one slice) is a great option over american cheese... For the veggies they serve with meals - ask them if they can steam them…

Thank you all for the wonderful suggestions!! i am going to try some of them - like the music changes with my ipod, and thinking about the fat burn after 20 minutes, or just changing things up! I really appreciate the support!! I hate when I have a mental block...
