hi there... I am on Day 4 of the 30DS. Took some rest days due to illness...I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this... Did your calf muscles hurt after doing the jumping jacks/jump rope/ etc? My calves have been burning - to the point that they cramp up when I am doing cardio at the gym or even pilates…
