I have PCOS, but have never really had a weight problem. Doctors have told me that that makes me even harder to treat because losing weight won't help (I don't really need to). I don't have periods but maybe 1-2 times a year and tried to get pregnant for about 10 years without success.

Ummm...your abs look, 23? Hehe :) Nice!

*Not to, not motto! lol!

This for sure! Make sure you are eating enough and trying motto lose too much too soon. All that will do is backfire in the end anyway. You got this!

I usually go a couple of times a week as well. We are local and have (as does the OP) annual passes. For hubs and I it gives us something to do and a little extra exercise walking around the park  I've loved Disneyland since I was little. Both of my parents worked there when I was a kid.

I usually go 1-2 times a week as well. Funny, I rarely eat there, but when I do it's just a snack. I like to get pineapple or a pickle from one of the carts or else a Dole Whip, which is just sugar...but nice on a hot day :) Seriously, don't worry about it. Just for curiosity, I sometimes wear a fitbit to see how much…

I know what you mean, I struggle with that sometimes too. I started doing better when I just cut off my eating time at 7:00 and when I feel the urge, I make peppermint tea....sounds boring, but it helps. Also, I see a lot of chocolate...maybe try weaning yourself off of that. Maybe that is causing you to crave more?

Mischievous, pretty eyes :)

I have PCOS and hypothyroid. Fun, fun! I'm not really overweight and never have been, but it makes it that much harder for me to get pregnant...which I've pretty much given up on at this point :(

Usually around midnight, give or take an hour or two. I'm up by 7-7:30 most mornings.

I have a hand-held one as well as my scale, which also reads water, bone mass, etc. The body fat % is fairly consistent on both and they both give me pretty close to the same number.

The dairy industry (subsided by the government) is why everyone thinks cow milk is so healthy. "Got Milk?" Sound familiar? "Milk does a body good... " Just because you are told it's healthy, even by the government, doesn't mean it is. I suppose if you lived on a farm and didn't pump your cows full of antibiotics and…

I would go with a small peice of very dark chocolate. Everything else suggested above is made up of chemicals and sugar.

High in fat, but very healthy..much more healthy than bottled dressing. Fat doesn't make you fat anyway.
-
If you like Ranch, eat Ranch...just a little less. Dip your fork in it, don't go for nasty lite dressings, they're just full of sugar.

This sounds like my husband and I, lol!! I'm always cold, but I'm slightly hypo with Raynauds, which is super annoying.

This is incorrect. MFPdoes not account for your exercise calories *outside of normal daily activity*, hence why it *adds* the calories to your diary in the first place. Sure, you might lose weight faster if you don't eat them, but you're just setting yourself up to regain weight later on (like most people do) IMO.
-
This. Eat them :)
-
Yep!
-
About as smart as a box of rocks. Seriously, lame idea and you'll figure out why in the end...because it *will* end.
-
No. The total number of calories that I chose to eat (not what MFP "thinks" I should eat) includes my regular exercise. If I workout above my normal activity, then I add some back, if I'm hungry.

THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I aim for 120-140 grams a day, but I do workout out most days. I wouldn't go for lower-fat milk, lower-fat just means more sugar and less satisfying. Also, MFP default settings are way off IMO. I used custom settings for everything.

I would keep your cut at 15-20%, higher doesn't mean better. Remember it's for long terms, slow and steady wins the race. Did you figure your BMR?

Hubby works weekend nights...I'm used to it <sigh>

Do it yourself! You have the same tools that the poster has :grumble:

I'm sure you could do it one way or another, but it won't last and you may end up worse off in the end. Just keep on keeping on, ease up on the junk and throw some strength training in. I run too and strength training has helped my runs significantly, plus more muscle = more burn. Good luck on your half, my next one is…
