I have it too. I've known for about 10 years now. I don't have much of a weight problem, but I'd love to join though :)

I was just showing that to hubs, lol! He laughed. :) Maybe if you work in Podunk, lol!, but not in southern California.

I don't work, but hubby is a police officer and I can't believe it's #10!

Fast food disgusts me  Honestly, I don't remember the last time I ate it.

My husband works the graveyard shift and I've had this same problem. What helps is a (roughly) 12 hour fast. My first "meal" of the day (pre-workout snack) is at 7:00 AM, so I stop eating at 7:00 PM. Sometimes I might be slightly over/under on the "fast" but I try to come close. Anyway, this has helped me to not "night…

Best answer. If your only goal is to lose weight and you don't care about the crap foods/chemicals you are putting into your body, then just eat within your calorie goal (whole other ball game, btw) and you will lose weight. I happen to care about crazy stuff like the way foods are processed now and created in labs and…

Bumping because I've been almost exactly the same way for the last year or so :(
-
I eat it every day! Although, I will only eat it natural without sugar or salt, just peanuts. Don't be afraid of (healthy) fat, it's satiating and will fuel you much better than empty calories.

Bump

Wow! Jealous much?! What a nasty thing to say! I'm 36 and I think he is on the right track and has done an awesome thing! And what is up with the "abbreviated writings" comment? I think someone peed in your Cheerios!

Easy. If you are hungry, eat. Nothing wrong with being hungry after 3 hours. I eat every 3 hours or so anyway ;)

I eat between 100 and 140 grams of protein a day (I weigh 140). I don't consume dairy, so I get mine from eggs, nuts, turkey, chicken, fish, beef and things like chia seeds, flax and vegan protein powder. It's not too hard and protein definitely keeps you more satisfied.
-
Maybe you aren't eating enough. Try raising your calories, that's what I did.
-
I have my macros set at 40/30/30, but I just focus on getting enough protein and the rest sorta falls into place. Good fat won't make you fat :). Plus it's very satiating and will help keep you satisfied.

I'm probably the only Kings fan here :drinker:

Congrats! You look great! Your hard work has paid off :)

Yep, hourglass :)

Yep! Fake food :noway: Just eat the real thing. If it's something you can't learn to control, then don't buy it. I love peanut butter and eat it every. day.

Aside from it being basically a cup full of sugar and void of any nutrients, I actually like it...but, then again I can't have dairy

I'm a stay at home wife (no kids) at the moment. I used to work in corporate marketing and got laid off a few years ago. I worked part time for awhile in print sales and then as a technical support rep for a real estate software company. Hubby is a law enforcement officer and our schedules were completely opposite, so now…

She'll probably live a lot longer. Pop Tarts are just a GMO chemical $h!t storm. Enjoy!

I have a digital scale and when I eat at home, I weigh most things, except anything that is a pre packaged serving size, like a Larabar. It doesn't bother me too bad if I can't weigh something, but it does become a it of an obsession. I have noticed that I'm pretty good at eyeballing now though. I'll grab what I think is a…
