I think everyone just puts Jillian Michaels videos under circuit training, general. That's what I do with the Ripped in 30 video. I'm sure it's not perfect, I mean depending on how much you exert yourself day to day it will vary, but it's an estimate.

Hey all, just did my last workout of week 3 (thank god). Looking forward to a new workout tomorrow. Not sure if I'm getting results, but I've been keeping to around 1200 calories and working out so I hope to see something in pictures if not on the scale :/

I lost about 40lbs without exercise and got to my goal weight (doing weightwatchers). You won't be muscley and tight when all is said and done, but you'll be smaller for sure! Then of course, you'll want to start exercising...

yeah spot reduction is a myth... you can work to change the shape of the muscles underneath so that when your fat% goes down you have a better shape, working a muscle does not directly affect the fat cells around it. OMG, started week 3 today... I do it in the gym in my basement and watch it on my laptop. I actually said "holy ****" out loud several times. It killed me! lol. I haven't lost anything (wtf) but I feel like the angle of my body right above hips changed due to the ab workouts if that makes sense. I'm hoping that after the next two weeks, I will see a good change. I did take before photos (gag), but I don't know if I'll be posting them. We'll see lol.

I hate them!! I really have a hard time keeping up with all the plank stuff. My shoulders just can't hang! I just finished 10min ago and at one point i just went back to "jump ropes"... better than nothing I hope. Sometimes I'll do push-ups instead too. It's just the staying still that kills me lol.
