I'm just putting an "exercise note" on the days I do it. I'm not worrying about calculating the calories burned... I'll eat more if I'm hungry, otherwise I'll eat the same.

Keep in mind that you might already be getting the amount of protein you need from your diet. If you eat eggs, greek yogurt, black or kidney beans, peanut butter... excess protein does not = more muscle. Here's a decent article about it:…

i posted a recipe for spicy black bean soup that is amazing... I also LOVE indian food. This recipe really has a great flavor. It's not that bad, unless you're eating lots of protein the rest of the day too and not working out like a maniac. Excess protein will turn to fat too, and you're basically eating all you need for your entire day in one meal unless you're a powerlifter.
