I like to plan dinners in advance, so I log ahead of time. Luckily diaries can be changed without any penalties, because I am a good one for changing my mind. In the mornings, I log breakfast and lunch at the same time.

I flew Frontier a few times a few ago and I was 22/24 and fit in the seatbelts on all flights. Don't worry.:noway:

I love DQ ice cream..so I'd choose a plain ice cream cone from there as my favorite.

Most soups are pretty high in sodium levels, unless you are talking homemade. I know I'd get bored fast.

I always have breakfast. Usually it's oat cereal with unsweetened almond milk and blueberries. Or low sugar instant oatmeal. Sometimes a thin bagel (110 calories) with 1 oz of fatfree cream cheese. All of these breakfasts are just under 200 calories.

Hershey makes a sugarfree chocolate syrup that's good in almond milk too...20 cals for 2 tbls plus 40 in a cup of unsweetened almond milk. Fills you up if you need a snack.

Started on this journey in April at 291, joined MFP sometime in October I think..am now at 214. Keep on keepin' on! There are lots of us in this boat and it's not sinking!!:laugh:

I'm going to try to log, however, not obsessing over it. Will try for more veggies and none to little of the "bad" stuff.

Definately turkey, dressing with a little gravy, cranberries, green beans. I will be skipping the desserts. I don't plan on logging that day..afterall, Thanksgiving comes but once a year. :tongue:

No lecture from me. Just my short story. Been overweight my whole life. I weighed 360 pounds in 2003. With the encouragement of my late husband, and some dedication I managed to lose 136 pounds. Husband passes in 2005. I manage to gain. Back up to 291 lbs by April 1, 2012. ( in between, while gaining, I met my new guy).…

If I have to add to the database it's usually one of my own recipes.. And if I find something on it that doesn't match the label then I just keep looking for the entry that does match. (I sure hope this is all spelled correctly):laugh:

My goal weight is 175 which I haven't weighed since kindergarten..j/k...once I get there I will probably lower it to 165..then I'll see how I feel. My size goal is anything without a W after it.

When getting a sandwich at Subway, I always go with the 6 inch wheat..and the turkey breast..and the veggies..no cheese, no dressing..then add just a tablespoon of fatfree italian dressing from home. I do love their salads though and have them occasionally, again, adding dressing at home.
